Reading time: 1 minutes.
This is a small piece of hardware I use on a daily basis. The basic use is to mark pages in books and manuals of important parts so I can find them again. They can also be used to hold multiple sheets of paper together as a temporary means instead of permanently stapling them together.
This is a piece of wire that is bent into 2 loops, one inside of the other. The outer loop is the longer one is the one I use on the page I am marking.
Originally I was using all metal ones. However after several years they started to rust and stick to the paper. I then switched to plastic coated ones. These are also created in different colors so the colors can be used to mark different topics.
